As a non-incumbent, that is the highest rating that a candidate can receive.
No non-incumbents can be "A" rated with NRA, only "AQ".
Candidate grades will be posted soon online at, www.nrapvf.org and will be published as an insert in one of NRA's magazines, sent to all NRA members sometime in October.
